ProventusHR designs experiential DEIB training for organisations that want inclusion to change how leaders behave, not just what they know. Interventions include Elephant in the Room, Unseen Verdicts, Women emPower and Inspire2Aspire. Every engagement is bespoke, behaviourally anchored, and measured through observed behaviour change, not session attendance or satisfaction scores.
Most DEIB training produces awareness. Leaders learn about cognitive bias, hear compelling statistics, and return to the same patterns within weeks. This is not a motivation problem. It is a design problem. Awareness without encounter does not change behaviour. Knowing that unconscious bias exists does not change how a leader runs a meeting, assesses a performance review, or sponsors a talent from an underrepresented group.
ProventusHR uses ExperienceLearning to create genuine encounter before the framework is named. Participants first experience the pattern of exclusion or bias inside a designed situation, then receive the language and practice to change it. The personal recognition produced by encounter is qualitatively different from the intellectual understanding produced by instruction. The difference shows in behaviour at 90 days.
Each ProventusHR DEIB intervention uses one or more of these experiential methods. The choice depends on the specific inclusion challenge, the cohort level, and the time available.
REEL|Life Cinematic Reflection
Carefully selected film scenes surface the patterns of bias, exclusion, and ally behaviour that classroom discussion cannot. Participants see the pattern in others before examining it in themselves. This reduces defensiveness and produces the quality of honest reflection that makes DEIB interventions lasting. Used in Unseen Verdicts and Women emPower.
ExperienceLearning Simulation Labs
Participants are placed inside fabricated team situations where inclusion or exclusion patterns emerge naturally under the pressure of the scenario. They observe their own choices. The debrief that follows names the pattern precisely, connects it to a framework, and identifies the specific behaviour to practise. No generalised training. Only their own data.
Structured Dialogue Architecture
Elephant in the Room uses a structured facilitated dialogue architecture that creates the conditions for candid conversation about what a team knows but does not say. The design moves from individual reflection to paired conversation to whole-group dialogue with precise facilitation that holds safety without diluting honesty. The conversations that happen in this format rarely happen anywhere else.
90-Day Behaviour Commitment Architecture
Every ProventusHR DEIB intervention closes with named, observable behavioural commitments from each participant. These are specific, time-bound, and witnessed by peers. At 90 days, a structured self-assessment and, where applicable, a manager-observed behaviour review documents what changed. Accountability is designed into the programme, not added later.
Leaders who know what inclusive behaviour looks like in theory and revert to familiar patterns under pressure
Teams where the dominant voice consistently shapes decisions and less senior or less confident voices are unheard
Performance review processes where similar evidence produces different outcomes for different demographic groups
Women leaders who are technically excellent and consistently overlooked for the high-visibility assignments
A DEIB policy that exists on paper and produces no measurable change in the day-to-day experience of inclusion
What Shifts After the Intervention
Leaders have a named, practised behaviour they can apply immediately: the specific change is visible to their team
Meetings are facilitated with structural inclusion: every voice is deliberately created space for, not just invited in
The performance review conversation includes a named check against the specific bias patterns identified in the programme
Women leaders have a visible sponsor and a concrete visibility plan for the next 6 months
The team can name the inclusion challenge it was avoiding and has a shared language for the conversations it now holds
Programme
Flagship DEIB intervention for teams and leadership groups. Surfaces what everyone knows and no one says. One to two days. Experiential, dialogue-driven, and specifically designed to hold the conversations that matter.
Explore ›Programme
Unconscious bias and inclusive leadership. Uses REEL|Life cinematic reflection to surface bias patterns that self-assessment instruments cannot. Half-day to one-day format.
Explore ›Programme
Gender-intentional leadership capability journey for women managers and senior managers. 20 to 32 weeks. Builds visibility, influence, and authentic leadership presence.
Explore ›Programme
Women leadership programme combining sponsorship activation, peer cohort structure, and capability development. Multi-month format with executive sponsor engagement.
Explore ›DEIB training builds the individual and team behaviours that make diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging real in the workplace. At ProventusHR, DEIB training is not a compliance event. It is a behaviourally anchored intervention using ExperienceLearning to produce genuine encounter before any framework is introduced. The goal is changed behaviour, not raised awareness.
Unconscious bias training typically produces awareness of cognitive patterns. Awareness alone rarely changes behaviour. DEIB training at ProventusHR produces behavioural change: leaders leave with specific daily practices for inclusive decision-making, candid conversations, and psychological safety. Awareness is the starting point, not the outcome.
ProventusHR DEIB programmes include Elephant in the Room (flagship DEIB intervention for teams and leadership groups), Unseen Verdicts (unconscious bias and inclusive leadership using REEL|Life cinematic reflection), Women emPower (gender-intentional leadership capability journey for women managers), and Inspire2Aspire (women leadership programme with sponsorship activation).
Every ProventusHR DEIB engagement is bespoke. The diagnostic phase maps the specific inclusion challenges in your organisation before a single session is designed. A DEIB intervention for a BFSI firm is different from one for a manufacturing organisation or a global GCC company. The methodology is consistent. The context is yours.
ExperienceLearning creates the conditions for honest conversation before the pattern is named. Participants encounter the situation through simulation, film or structured dialogue before any label is applied. This creates personal recognition rather than defensive reaction. Psychological safety is built through the design itself, not through ground rules alone.
DEIB interventions work well with intact teams of 8 to 25 people, cross-functional leadership cohorts, and women-only or mixed-gender leadership groups depending on the challenge. Senior leadership team interventions require a different design from middle-manager cohort interventions. ProventusHR recommends a 30-minute diagnostic call before recommending a format.
ProventusHR measures DEIB outcomes through participant self-assessment before and after the intervention, manager-observed behaviour changes documented at 90 days, and where available, quantitative inclusion markers such as promotion rates and inclusion survey scores. Every engagement concludes with specific, named behavioural commitments from participants, not generic takeaways.

Every DEIB engagement begins with a diagnostic conversation. Tell us the inclusion challenge and we will design from there. No standard deck. No off-the-shelf module.
