Impact

ProventusHR does not claim impact. It documents it. Kirkpatrick Level 3 and Level 4 evidence across our documented LEAP cohorts and major leadership journeys. Manager-signed. Business-attributed. Independently reviewed.

INR 160 Cr+ Documented 9x Brandon Hall 100% Manager-signed NPS 9.41 / 10

Impact at ProventusHR is not a testimonial page. It is a measurement architecture. LEAP and our major leadership journeys are designed from the outset to produce evidence at all four Kirkpatrick levels where applicable, and that evidence is collected, validated, and reported in a consistent format across those engagements. The proof points you see on this page are not estimates, not surveys, and not rounded. They are the numbers as they appear in source records, co-signed by the managers and organisations closest to the work.

The Evidence Framework

Award Recognition

Brandon Hall Awards

Nine awards. Four Gold. Five Silver. 2022 to 2025.

Every Brandon Hall award required submission of evidence at all four Kirkpatrick levels; not an application, not a nomination. Nine reviews, nine recognitions. The full record by year and category.

A Note on Numbers

Why We Report This Way

The numbers on this page are not marketing numbers. They are the numbers that appear in source records , attendance registers, participant feedback instruments, Self Impact Showcases co-signed by reporting managers, and closing-plenary business presentations made by participants to their own leadership teams.

Where a baseline and endpoint are both available, both are shown. Where a baseline is not available, movements are presented directionally only. No figure on this site has been extrapolated, averaged upward, or rounded to a neater number. If an outcome is presented as INR 160 Crore+ rather than "over INR 100 Crore," that is deliberate. Precision is the point.

This approach to impact reporting is the same approach submitted to the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Award panels across nine submissions between 2022 and 2025. An independent adjudication panel reviewed the evidence each time. Nine submissions produced nine recognitions.

For any client, prospect, or evaluator who wants to see the underlying evidence behind any number on this site, ProventusHR is willing to share the source documentation under a non-disclosure agreement. The evidence is real. It holds up to scrutiny. That is the only reason it is presented here.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked About ProventusHR Impact

What does ProventusHR mean by documented impact?+

Documented impact at ProventusHR means evidence at all four Kirkpatrick levels: participant reaction, learning and application, behavioural transfer at the workplace, and quantified business outcomes. Every figure on this page appears in source records co-signed by reporting managers. No figure has been extrapolated, estimated, or rounded. Where a baseline and endpoint are both available, both are shown.

What is a Self Impact Showcase and who signs it?+

A Self Impact Showcase is a structured workplace evidence document completed by every participant at 90 days post-programme. It records the specific behaviours applied in a real work context, the business situations in which they were applied, and the outcomes produced. The reporting manager reviews the full document and co-signs it before it is presented or submitted to any external panel. Completion is not optional and submissions are not anonymous.

How were the INR 160 Crore in business outcomes verified?+

Every figure in the INR 160 Crore total is traceable to a named participant, an identified business situation, and a manager-signed Self Impact Showcase. These outcomes were submitted to the Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Award panels across nine submissions between 2022 and 2025, where an independent adjudication panel reviewed the evidence at all four Kirkpatrick levels on each occasion. Nine submissions produced nine recognitions.

What does a 170:1 return on investment mean in practice?+

The 170:1 ROI figure represents the ratio of documented commercial business outcomes, INR 160 Crore, to the programme investment across the relevant LEAP cohorts, INR 60 lakhs. Every outcome contributing to the numerator is named, contextually attributed, and co-signed by a reporting manager. The denominator is the actual programme investment, not an estimate. This is a conservative calculation using Tier 1 commercial outcomes only.

What makes the ProventusHR ROI figure credible to a CFO?+

Three things. First, the denominator is the actual programme fee, not a loaded total cost estimate. Second, the numerator uses only the outcomes the participant attributed directly to the programme in the Self Impact Showcase, not all outcomes achieved during the period. Third, every figure is co-signed by the reporting manager who observed and confirmed the change.

How does ProventusHR measurement differ from a post-training survey?+

A post-training survey measures reaction at programme close. ProventusHR measures observable behaviour change at 90 days. The evidence is collected from the workplace. The reporting manager is a co-signatory. The outcome is a named business situation with a named result, not a satisfaction score.

Can the impact evidence be shared with a board or investment committee?+

Yes. ProventusHR structures impact evidence to the standard a board or investment committee would require: named participants, identified business contexts, co-signed outcomes, and independent verification through the reporting manager co-signature. The FY2025-26 Impact Showcase is available as a full evidence portfolio.
