The ProventusHR principal team holds formal certifications in executive coaching and HR management, anchored by institutional credentials from the National Defence Academy, DAVV Indore, XLRI Jamshedpur, and IIBMS Mumbai. Rama Krishna holds MGSCC Master Coach certification and is the originator and lead practitioner of the REEL|Life methodology. Sathi Aich-Dharap holds a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur, is a Certified LEAF Facilitator and Predictive Index Analyst, and sits on the Advisory Board of Masters' Union Delhi.
ProventusHR occupies an advisory category in which the quality of the intervention is inseparable from the quality of the practitioner who designs and delivers it. Leadership development, executive coaching, and HR advisory work are areas where underprepared practitioners can cause measurable damage, and where clients have no reliable way to distinguish rigour from reputation without examining the underlying credentials.
The credentials listed on this page are not marketing claims. They are verifiable institutional and professional certifications, each requiring documented evidence of competence and each independently administered. Every ProventusHR engagement is led by a named principal whose credentials can be verified directly with the issuing institution.
We list credentials for two people because there are two people. ProventusHR is not a firm that operates behind a credentials claim on behalf of a broader team of uncredentialed facilitators. Every credential listed here belongs to the person who delivers the work.

What This Means in Practice
Coaching engagements follow the MGSCC evidence protocol. Every coachee has a stakeholder panel. Progress is rated quarterly by the people the coachee works with, not self-reported.
Diagnostic instruments used in our engagements are validated and independently administered. We do not use proprietary untested tools or in-house profiling instruments.
Programme designs reference academic literature and validated behavioural science, not facilitator intuition. Every design choice is a reasoned decision the team can defend in a client debrief.
The practitioner named in the proposal is the practitioner who runs the session. No substitution, no associate deployment, no day-before briefing of a facilitation team.

The specific collaborators deployed are selected based on sector context, cohort profile, and the specific behavioural outcomes the programme is designed to produce.
