90 Days
ProventusHR is a Leading Bespoke Leadership Advisory that measures every LEAP engagement at Kirkpatrick Level 3 and Level 4 as standard. The Self Impact Showcase produces observable behaviour evidence co-signed by reporting managers at 90 days, and where the behaviour change produced a commercial outcome, a Tier 1 ROI calculation structured for Board presentation. LEAP 2.0 produced a 170:1 Tier 1 ROI with a 100 percent manager-signed evidence rate across the cohort.
Step 1: Define Observable Behaviours Before the Programme Runs
At the design stage, the specific behaviours the programme is designed to change are named. Not competency labels. Named, observable, third-party verifiable behaviours: what will a participant be doing differently in their team and stakeholder interactions at 90 days? These become the measurement criteria against which the Self Impact Showcase evidence is assessed.
Step 2: Collect Structured Evidence at 90 Days
Each participant completes the Self Impact Showcase at 90 days post-programme. The document records the specific behaviour changed, the real business situation in which it was applied, and the observable outcome. The structure is designed so that the evidence is specific enough to be verified and attributed, not a general reflection on learning.
Step 3: Reporting Manager Co-Signature
Each Showcase is reviewed and co-signed by the participant's reporting manager. The manager confirms whether the behaviour change described was observed, and if so in what context. This converts self-reported evidence into third-party verified evidence. ProventusHR has a 100 percent manager-signed rate across LEAP cohorts.
Step 4: Extract Commercial Value and Calculate Tier 1 ROI
Where a Showcase documents a behaviour change that produced a commercial outcome, the INR value is extracted and attributed to the programme. The total attributed commercial value across the cohort, divided by the programme investment, produces the Tier 1 ROI. This is Kirkpatrick Level 4 evidence. LEAP 2.0 produced INR 160 Crore in attributed outcomes and a 170:1 Tier 1 ROI.
Define observable behaviours before the programme runs. Collect structured 90-day evidence via a Self Impact Showcase. Have reporting managers co-sign the evidence. Where behaviour change produced a commercial outcome, calculate the Tier 1 ROI. ProventusHR applies this four-step process to every LEAP engagement as standard.
Four levels: satisfaction (L1), learning (L2), behaviour change at 90 days (L3), commercial results (L4). Most Indian firms operate at Level 1. ProventusHR operates at Level 3 and Level 4 as standard on every LEAP engagement.
Ninety days distinguishes genuine habit change from post-programme enthusiasm. A leader operating differently for three months, with their team and manager able to confirm it, represents consolidated behaviour change. Earlier measurement risks inflated evidence. ProventusHR applies the 90-day standard to every LEAP cohort.
A structured 90-day evidence document completed by each LEAP participant. Records the specific behaviour changed, the real business situation, the observable outcome, and the reporting manager co-signature. Where the outcome has a commercial value, the INR figure is extracted for the Tier 1 ROI calculation.
Measure from the First Design Session
ProventusHR designs the measurement architecture into every LEAP engagement at the diagnostic stage. The Discovery Conversation is where the observable outcomes are defined and the evidence standard is agreed.
