ProventusHR designs bespoke management training programmes across all manager pipeline levels. From first-time managers through to managers of managers and senior managers. Every programme is built from the specific capability gap identified in the diagnostic. No catalogue. No open cohorts. Behaviour change measured at 90 days through stakeholder-rated evidence.
Most management training programmes are designed for a hypothetical manager in a generic organisation. The feedback module teaches a feedback framework. The delegation module delivers a delegation matrix. The coaching module introduces the GROW model. Each is conceptually sound and practically insufficient because the specific barriers your managers face are not addressed by generic content.
ProventusHR begins every management training engagement with a diagnostic. What is the specific capability gap? What does the organisation's context demand of managers at this level? What have previous programmes failed to produce, and why? The programme is designed from those answers. The content is built for this organisation, this cohort, this challenge. The result is a programme that could only have been built for you.
Four principles govern every ProventusHR management training engagement regardless of level, theme, or cohort size.
Diagnostic Before Design
ProventusHR maps the specific capability gap before designing a single session. The diagnostic includes the business context, the leadership challenge, the cohort level, and any existing capability assessment data. The programme architecture follows the diagnostic, not a pre-existing curriculum.
ExperienceLearning Methodology
Every session uses ExperienceLearning: managers encounter the management situation first, then receive the framework that names what just happened. This sequence produces retention that instruction-first design cannot. Behaviour changed through experience lasts longer than behaviour changed through explanation.
Application Between Sessions
For multi-module programmes, each module closes with a specific application commitment: the exact behaviour the manager will practise in their real work context before the next session. The following module opens with a structured review of what happened. Application is not optional.
Evidence Architecture
Every ProventusHR management programme includes a 90-day Self Impact Showcase protocol. Managers document the specific behaviour change they applied, the business situation, the outcome, and the reporting manager co-signature. This is the evidence standard that produced nine consecutive Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Award recognitions.
Managers who were excellent individual contributors and are struggling with the identity shift to people leadership
Feedback avoidance: the capability gap that shows up in every management diagnostic and rarely gets addressed directly
Delegation that becomes dumping: assignment without context, coaching or accountability framework
Managers who manage performance of former peers and consistently handle it with either avoidance or aggression
Teams that are dependent rather than capable: managers who solve problems for their people rather than developing their people to solve them
What ProventusHR Management Training Produces
Managers who lead through coaching discipline, not instruction: their people think and act rather than wait and comply
Feedback that lands: specific, timely, behaviour-focused conversations held at the right moment with the right intent
Structured delegation: managers who give context, confirm understanding, agree checkpoints, and hold accountability without micromanagement
Performance conversations that produce change: documented, consistent, and held without avoidance
Teams that grow: direct reports who develop capability rather than accumulating dependency on their manager

Explore ›Management training programmes build the specific capabilities managers need to lead people, execute strategy, and produce results through others. At ProventusHR, management training is not a fixed catalogue of modules. Every engagement is designed from the specific capability gap identified in the diagnostic, for the specific cohort level, in the specific organisational context.
Management training typically builds execution capability: task delegation, performance management, feedback, time management, and team coordination. Leadership development builds the capability to influence, inspire, and drive change beyond positional authority. ProventusHR designs for both, and for most manager cohorts the two are inseparable. The right balance depends on the specific gap identified in the diagnostic.
ProventusHR offers LEAP Emerging Leaders for first-time managers, LEAP Managers of Managers for mid-level managers, and a range of single-day and multi-day interventions including Feedback Fix, Lead Talent Code, Extreme Ownership, EQ:IQ, and Beyond Deadlines. Every programme is bespoke to the organisation. None are delivered from a standard catalogue.
Single-day interventions address specific capability themes. Multi-module LEAP journeys run for 6 to 9 months and build sustained capability through application and coaching between sessions. The right format depends on the depth of capability change required, the time the organisation can invest, and the level of evidence needed.
Yes. ProventusHR delivers in-person and virtual formats. In-person delivery is preferred for the depth of experiential encounter and peer learning quality. For distributed teams, virtual delivery using breakout simulation, structured peer dialogue and group coaching produces strong results. Most LEAP journeys combine in-person intensive modules with virtual continuity sessions.
ProventusHR measures management training outcomes through stakeholder-rated behaviour change at 90 days, documented in Self Impact Showcases co-signed by the reporting manager. This standard produced nine consecutive Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Award recognitions and is the same measure applied to every ProventusHR engagement regardless of programme size.
ProventusHR has delivered management training across 14+ industries including BFSI, technology, ITES, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, engineering services, FMCG, professional services, and GCC captive centres. The methodology is consistent. The scenarios, contexts, and industry references are specific to the organisation being served.
