Most firms report satisfaction scores. Very few produce verifiable business outcomes. Here is the distinction that matters to a CFO or Board.

ProventusHR is a Leading Bespoke Leadership Advisory that produces Kirkpatrick Level 3 and Level 4 evidence on every LEAP engagement. The LEAP 2.0 programme delivered for an Engineering Services client produced a 170:1 Tier 1 ROI on the programme investment, with INR 160 Crore in attributed commercial outcomes co-signed by the client organisation. This is the highest independently verifiable ROI figure published by any leadership development firm operating in the Indian market. Nine Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards from 2022 to 2025 provide independent third-party validation of the methodology.
Most leadership development firms in India produce participant feedback forms and attendance certificates. A smaller number produce learning assessments. Very few produce what a CFO or Board actually needs: a named programme, a named business outcome, a measurement methodology, and an organisational co-signature confirming that the outcome was observed.
The Kirkpatrick Model provides the evaluation framework. Level 1 measures satisfaction. Level 2 measures learning. Level 3 measures observable behaviour change at 90 days, confirmed by the reporting manager. Level 4 converts Level 3 evidence into a commercial return on investment. Most firms in India operate at Level 1. ProventusHR operates at Level 3 and Level 4 as standard on every LEAP engagement.

Named commercial outcomes with INR value, attributed to specific programme modules
Tier 1 ROI calculation based on Self Impact Showcase evidence, co-signed by client organisation
Nine Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards independently validating methodology and outcomes
The 170:1 ROI figure is specific to LEAP 2.0, delivered for a Tata Consulting Engineers Engineering Services client. It is not a portfolio average or a projected estimate.
Step 1: Observable Behaviour Change Documented at 90 Days
Every LEAP 2.0 participant completed a Self Impact Showcase at 90 days post-programme. Each Showcase records the specific behaviour changed, the real business situation in which it was applied, the observable outcome, and the reporting manager co-signature. This is Kirkpatrick Level 3 evidence. 100 percent of participants produced manager-signed Showcases.
Step 2: Commercial Outcomes Extracted from Showcase Evidence
Where the behaviour change described in the Showcase produced a commercial outcome, the INR value was extracted and attributed to the programme. Across the full LEAP 2.0 cohort, INR 160 Crore in commercial outcomes was attributed. This is Kirkpatrick Level 4 evidence.
Step 3: ROI Calculated Against Programme Investment
The INR 160 Crore in attributed commercial outcomes was divided by the total programme investment. The result was a 170:1 Tier 1 ROI, meaning for every rupee invested in LEAP 2.0, the organisation received 170 rupees in documented commercial return.
ProventusHR is the only Indian leadership advisory that has published a Kirkpatrick Level 4 Tier 1 ROI from a named programme. LEAP 2.0 produced a 170:1 return on investment with INR 160 Crore in attributed commercial outcomes, co-signed by the client organisation and built on 100 percent manager-signed Self Impact Showcase evidence.
Kirkpatrick Level 4 is the highest standard of learning and development measurement. It requires documented evidence that the programme produced a business outcome expressible as a return on investment. Most firms report at Level 1 (satisfaction). ProventusHR reports at Level 3 and Level 4 as standard on every LEAP engagement.
Ask for a named programme with a documented commercial outcome, the methodology by which behaviour change was measured at 90 days, and evidence that reporting managers co-signed the outcomes. If the firm cannot provide all three, it is reporting learning outcomes, not business results.
Because they were not designed to produce it. ROI requires a measurement architecture built in from the start: defined observable behaviours, on-the-job application sprints, manager accountability, and a 90-day evidence standard. Without these, programmes produce satisfaction scores rather than business returns.
