ProventusHR provides MGSCC Stakeholder Centred Coaching for Directors, Vice Presidents, and CXOs across India. Every coaching engagement runs nine to twelve months and produces a Behaviour Change Report co-signed by the coachee and their manager, documenting stakeholder-rated behaviour change on the specific leadership behaviours identified at programme start.
Most executive coaching is measured by the coachee's satisfaction with the sessions. The coach was insightful, conversations were valuable, the leader felt challenged. Six months later, the same patterns are present. The coaching produced insight. It did not produce verified change. The difference matters because organisations invest significantly in senior leader coaching and boards are right to ask for evidence of a behavioural outcome.
ProventusHR coaching uses the MGSCC Stakeholder Centred methodology. Coaching goals are set not by the coachee alone but by the stakeholders who observe the coachee's leadership behaviour. Every month, the coachee conducts a structured two-minute feedforward connect with each stakeholder. At 90 days and at close, stakeholders rate the specific behaviour change observed. The Behaviour Change Report documents the rated change, co-signed by the coachee and their manager.
Four disciplines produce the stakeholder-verified behaviour change that distinguishes ProventusHR coaching from standard executive coaching in India.
Stakeholder Diagnostic
Every engagement begins with structured interviews with six to eight key stakeholders: the coachee's manager, direct reports, and peers. Stakeholders identify the two to three leadership behaviours whose change would produce the most significant difference in the coachee's effectiveness. These become the coaching goals.
Monthly Stakeholder Feedforward
Every month, the coachee conducts a structured two-minute connect with each stakeholder reporting the specific behaviour being worked on and asking for one observation. Two minutes. Continuous accountability beyond the coaching session.
90-Day Behaviour Review
Stakeholders rate the observed change on the specific behaviours identified at programme start. Not an impression survey. A rated assessment of the named behaviour change. Allows recalibration before the final engagement review.
Behaviour Change Report
At engagement close, ProventusHR produces a Behaviour Change Report co-signed by the coachee and their manager. Documents the starting point, stakeholder-identified goals, 90-day ratings, and final assessment. The evidence standard produced for every coaching client.
A Director or VP who is technically excellent but whose leadership style is limiting effectiveness at the next level of scope and visibility
A senior leader who has received consistent 360 feedback on a specific behaviour over multiple cycles but has not been able to sustain the change
A CXO new in role who needs to build stakeholder credibility quickly in an organisational context they have not led in before
A high-potential leader 12 to 18 months from a significant promotion who needs to demonstrate the behaviour of the next level before the decision is made
A senior leader navigating a significant team or organisational transition who needs a broader leadership range than their current repertoire provides
What ProventusHR Coaching Produces
Stakeholder-verified behaviour change on the specific leadership behaviours the people who observe the leader most closely identified as the highest-priority development areas
A Behaviour Change Report documenting the change in the language of stakeholders, ready for talent review panels and succession planning conversations
Sustained change: the monthly feedforward structure creates accountability that extends beyond the formal engagement and embeds the new behaviour in the leader's operating rhythm
Increased leadership effectiveness rated by the people most affected by the leader's behaviour, not by the leader's own assessment of their progress
A coaching relationship with RK, MGSCC Master Coach, not a junior coach from a large firm where the principal assesses and an associate delivers

Explore ›MGSCC Stakeholder Centred Coaching is a methodology that measures coaching effectiveness through stakeholder-rated behaviour change rather than self-assessment. RK holds the MGSCC Master Coach credential, the highest level of certification in this methodology. Every ProventusHR coaching engagement follows this methodology. The evidence standard is external, specific, and co-signed.
Directors, Vice Presidents, and CXOs who want to produce a specific, measurable change in their leadership behaviour. The ideal candidate has clear stakeholders, is willing to make them active partners, and understands that the coaching outcome is measured externally. Coaching is a structured behaviour change engagement with named goals, named stakeholders, and documented outcomes.
ProventusHR coaching engagements run nine to twelve months. This reflects the MGSCC methodology's requirement that stakeholders observe changed behaviour in live situations. Meaningful stakeholder-rated behaviour change takes time to become visible, consistent, and independently sustainable. Nine to twelve months produces verified and sustained change.
Coaching goals are set by stakeholders, not by the coachee alone. At programme start, ProventusHR interviews six to eight key stakeholders who identify the two to three leadership behaviours whose change would make the greatest difference. The coachee agrees to these goals. The measurement at 90 days and at close assesses whether the stakeholders observed the change they identified as the priority.
Yes. ProventusHR frequently designs coaching as a component of LEAP Senior Leaders or as a follow-on to The Director's Forge. For senior leaders whose capability gap is specific and deep, individual coaching provides sustained one-to-one work that group programmes cannot replicate. The combination addresses both the shared capability architecture and the individual gap specific to that leader's role and stakeholder context.
Team coaching, where the focus is the leadership team as a system, is available as a bespoke engagement, typically preceded by a leadership team diagnostic. Group coaching as a component of LEAP journeys provides peer accountability and shared reflection between modules. Individual coaching for senior leaders is the core coaching practice at ProventusHR.
The content of coaching sessions is confidential between coach and coachee. The existence of the engagement and the stakeholder-rated outcomes in the Behaviour Change Report are not confidential. Stakeholders are active participants from programme start. The monthly connects are conducted by the coachee. The report documents rated behaviour change on named behaviours, not the content of conversations. This transparency is what makes the methodology credible to organisations and talent review panels.
